About the Role:
As a DevOps Engineer, you are the reliability backbone of every product we ship sitting at the intersection of engineering velocity and operational resilience.
You don't just provision infrastructure. You design the nervous system that lets development teams move fast without breaking things. Before a pipeline is built, you define what "production-ready" actually means and then you engineer the path to get there. This is not a "write Terraform modules" role. You are the infrastructure's strategic conscience.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant AWS infrastructure
- Deploy and operate containerized applications using AWS ECS or EKS
- Manage Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including upgrades and maintenance
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform (IaC)
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD
- Deploy applications using Docker and Helm charts
- Implement blue-green or rolling deployment strategies
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure cost and performance
- Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment speed and reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of years of experience in a DevOps or systems administration role.
- Experience in a DevOps / Cloud Engineering role
- Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM)
- Mandatory experience with ECS or EKS
- Hands-on experience with Terraform
- Good understanding of Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Linux and Git-based workflows
