About the Role:

As a Quality Analyst, you are the guardian of product quality and the voice of the end user ensuring every release meets the highest standards before it reaches production.

You own the quality lifecycle from test strategy to execution, proactively identifying risks, uncovering defects, and validating that every feature delivers a seamless user experience. Working closely with product, design, and engineering teams, you ensure quality is built into every stage of development rather than tested at the end. This is not a "just execute test cases" role you're the driving force behind product reliability, customer confidence, and continuous quality improvement.

• Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct UI/UX testing to ensure design consistency, functionality, and user satisfaction.
• Execute API testing to validate integrations, data flow, and system reliability.π
• Carry out security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track bugs or performance issues using tools like Jira, Trello, or CLICK-UP.
• Conduct regression, performance, and usability testing as required before releases.
• Participate in review meetings and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Maintain thorough QA documentation and ensure testing standards are consistently applied across all projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst, QA Tester, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (SDLC/STLC).
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in UI/UX testing, API testing (using tools like Postman or Swagger), and security testing.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue identification and resolution.
