About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Associate to support leadership in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

In this role, you will work closely with senior executives, helping manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, streamline communication, and ensure the smooth execution of key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and strategic support to senior leadership.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items.
• Track key business initiatives and ensure progress against deadlines.
• Conduct research, gather insights, and prepare summaries to support decision-making.
• Assist in project coordination and operational planning across departments.
• Facilitate communication between leadership and various teams.
• Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information with discretion.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support client interactions, vendor coordination, and business development activities as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Business Operations, Project Coordination, Consulting, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking project deliverables.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong ownership, and a willingness to take initiative.
• Comfortable working directly with leadership and adapting to evolving business needs.
• Interest in technology, artificial intelligence, consulting, and emerging business trends.
• Ability to work from the office and be available for occasional travel, meetings, or client interactions, if required.
